Manual Therapy
We provide manual therapy techniques that are intended to improve tissue extensibility; increase range of motion; manipulate soft tissue and joints; modulate pain; and reduce soft tissue swelling, inflammation, or restriction.

Sports Rehabilitation and Performance
We treat injured athletes of all ages with an individualized plan of care that helps them reach their rehabilitative goals to ensure that they can return to their sport or activity.

Therapeutic Ultrasound
A treatment modality that is used to detect and treat various musculoskeletal issues you may have including pain, inflammation, tissue injury, and muscle spasms.

Electrical Stimulation
Is a therapeutic treatment that uses electrical impulses to elicit a muscle contraction that assists in reducing pain and inflammation on the treated area.

Graston
Is an instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization technique that is used to break down scar tissue and fascial restrictions to increase range of motion.

Kinesiotape
Is a rehabilitative taping technique that is applied to various muscles and joints to decrease swelling and reduce tension on a muscle or ligament. It is designed to facilitate the natural healing process of the body, while providing support and stability to the applied area.

Movement Assessments
We assess movement patterns and posture to determine what muscles may be impacting a patient’s ability to move correctly without pain. Muscle imbalances will be addressed with an individualized program of exercises and stretches that are designed to improve stability, mobility, and range of motion.

Dry Needling
A technique that is used to release or inactivate trigger points to relieve pain or improve range of motion. Dry needling helps improve pain control, reduces muscle tension, and normalizes dysfunctions of the motor end plates, the sites at which nerve impulses are transmitted to muscles.
