Dr. Sylvestra Ramirez
Clinic Founder & Director
Dr. Ramirez has an undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science. In addition, she has earned a Master’s Degree in Women’s Health and certification as an Ergonomics Assessment Specialist, educated on how to identify, prevent, and manage injuries in the work place. As clinic owner of Physical Therapy of Milwaukee, she works closely with referring physicians and assists patients in achieving their rehab goals, while educating them on injury prevention.
Dr. Ramirez remains an active participant of the Milwaukee Hispanic community by volunteering and sharing her passion for health and wellness. She enjoys sharing her passion for physical therapy while promoting injury prevention in the work place via partnerships with local companies.
Certified Athletic Trainer
Dominique is a licensed Athletic Trainer in the state of Wisconsin. She graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training in August of 2014. She went on to work with the Washigton State University competitive cheer and dance teams. Dominique later returned to the midwest to serve the community of Milwaukee.
She is experienced in sport-specific rehabilitation, tape application, evaluation of athletic injuries, concussion assessment and treatment, as well as athletic event coverage. Dominique enjoys leisure activities such as hiking, exercising, reading, and exploring local cafes.
Jordan was born and raised in Milwaukee, WI and attended UW-Oshkosh where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. He then joined PTM to help give back to the community that he grew up in through community outreach with local schools and sports leagues to educate on injury prevention and sports performance. He also assists with patients’ rehabilitation and does the internal and external marketing for both PTM and Cycle Fusion. In his free time Jordan enjoys outdoor activities, playing sports, and spending time with his friends and family.
Martin’s role as as a front desk assistant is to provide five-star customer service to patients. He is currently attending Waukesha County Technical College to obtain his physical therapy assistant degree. When he is not working or in class, he enjoys being outdoors, spending time with his family and listening to jazz music.
Physical Therapist Assistant
Aida was born in Mexico, but raised in the city of Milwaukee. She has always had a passion for patient care and knew she wanted to join the healthcare field. Aida attended MATC and received a Medical Interpreter Diploma in 2010. She graduated from Bryant and Stratton College and received her licenseure as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Aida has extensive experience working in outpatient orthopedic setting as a rehab tech, where she has developed an interest in working with chronic pain and complex patients. Aida enjoys being able to help others and learn from each individual. On her free time she is involved in church activities, and loves to spend time with her family and friends.
